1. WashU Practicum Final Presentation
   
   

   • Held at Delmar Devine in May 2025.
     
     

   • Included a 1-hour presentation on community vitality metrics for Wells-Goodfellow and 79 other St. Louis neighborhoods.
     
     

   • Attended by WashU students, staff, community & nonprofit leaders, Wells-Goodfellow residents, and donors.
     
     

   • Followed by a networking reception.
     
     

2. Launch of the First North of Delmar Website
   
   

   • Website posted online at www.northofdelmar.info
     
     

   • Includes mission statement, “then & now” photos, newsletters, and a newsletter signup form.
     
     

 Upcoming / Planned Events

3. Delmar DivINe Phase 2 Launch (Summer 2025)
   
   

   • Will add 81 affordable apartments, commercial spaces, and neighborhood amenities in the former nursing school, dorms, gymnasium, and auditorium.
     
     

4. Trash to Treasure Event with Craft Alliance (Later in 2025)
   
   

   • A community event in Wells-Goodfellow turning trash into creative art or useful items.
     
     

   • Planning has just started, with sponsorship opportunities available.

5. Coffee Talk Sessions
   
   

   • Informal networking sessions to connect people working on projects North of Delmar.
     
     

   • Open invitation to schedule a session by replying to the newsletter.
     
     

6. Fundraising Campaign for Wells-Goodfellow Projects
   
   

   • Early fundraising efforts are underway.
     
     

   • Open call for companies and philanthropists to back programs in Wells-Goodfellow before expanding to other communities.
     
     

7. Community Data & Graphs Project
   
   

   • WashU post-doc Elizabeth Carlen is preparing statistical graphs on St. Louis neighborhoods to guide development efforts.
