Bridge of Hope Medical Respite Program
Inspired by the Circle the City model in Phoenix, Bridge of Hope is developing a 35-bed medical respite center in St. Louis.
Supported by Centene Foundation, HomeState Health, and Healthy Blue with substantial funding.
Will serve around 400 individuals per year with medical care, housing support, and substance use disorder services.
Currently refurbishing an 11,000 sq. ft. ADA-accessible building and has zoning and community support.
