1. Zoom Meeting on Housing Redevelopment in Wells-Goodfellow
   
   

   • Will focus on discussing housing redevelopment plans for the neighborhood.
     
     

2. Leadership Meeting with Six Functional Service Groups
   
   

   • Planned meeting with leaders of six key groups that provide services to North of Delmar communities.
     
     

3. Washington University Practicum (Starting January)
   
   

   • A collaboration with WashU’s Center for Experiential Learning to study the first community project.
     
     

   • Will measure the effectiveness of programs implemented in Wells-Goodfellow.

4. Growing Database of People & Organizations
   
   

   • Expanding the network of individuals and organizations interested in collaborating on North of Delmar initiatives.
     
     

5. Coffee Meetings for Networking & Collaboration
   
   

   • Open invitation to meet informally and discuss potential collaborations.
     
     

 Other Community Projects Highlighted

6. Bridge of Hope Medical Respite Program
   
   

   • Inspired by the Circle the City model in Phoenix, Bridge of Hope is developing a 35-bed medical respite center in St. Louis.
     
     

   • Supported by Centene Foundation, HomeState Health, and Healthy Blue with substantial funding.
     
     

   • Will serve around 400 individuals per year with medical care, housing support, and substance use disorder services.
     
     

   • Currently refurbishing an 11,000 sq. ft. ADA-accessible building and has zoning and community support.
